What I Do for Clients

  • TROUBLESHOOTING

    Failure to obtain full rated capacity is one of the most frequent problems encountered during the operation of a distilling plant. It may be due to problems in Utility, Operation, Installation or Design or may be due to a combination of these . A decrease in the distilling output efficiency may result if these are not rectified. Subsequently if process down times or outages do occur, the consequential loss will be extremely high. The challenge here is to identify the root cause and suggest corrective actions and that is what Distillery Advisor offers.

  • ENA QUALITY & RECOVERY IMPROVEMENT

    Despite the analytic parameters of ENA quality being within the limit, sensory score of ENA may be below the standard. Suggestions to improve the sensory score, by controlling the parameters, will be provided. Recovery improvement can be achieved by improving the fermentation efficiency and distillation efficiency, by reducing the I.S(Impure Spirit) cut and/or by reducing wastage. These scopes will be identified and required changes will be suggested.

  • COST REDUCTION
